testing Super Sculpey

In my first encounter with super sculpey a couple of weeks ago these were the best results. I am thinking of making the heads for my puppets with super sculpey. It is a material very easy to sculpt with and it hardens when baked in the oven on low heat for a short period of time. I haven’t quite got that bit down yet, as they are ever so slightly burnt. However, when hard, super sculpey it is not at all flexible, therefore I am not sure if it would suit the animation I want to achieve. Feelings and expressions will be important to the film's success.

An other option where I could use super sculpey is by using replacement heads, but I would prefer to animate on set. I have a meeting with Mary next week to discuss the best materials.

Looks interesting. I've been into the idea of doing some hand-crafted stuff for a while. Do they sell this stuff anywhere in Bristol? The only decent art store I've been able to find is the one on Park Row.
